Controller

OPSETMOEN AMADOR DATA CONSULTING AS, organisation number 933 413 373, is the controller for inquiries sent to kontakt@amador.no and for the public-assistant service described here.

Static website

The site does not include a contact form, embedded scheduler, Google Analytics 4, marketing pixels, embedded maps, embedded videos, or social widgets. Ordinary infrastructure may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site.

Email

When you email OADC, the message, address, and information you choose to include are processed to respond, consider a possible engagement, maintain necessary correspondence, and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations. Email is handled through Gmail/Google services. External scheduling may be offered after the initial exchange.

Do not include confidential, sensitive, production, personal, or client-identifying information in the first message unless an appropriate handling arrangement has been agreed.

Public assistant

The assistant sends the message you type, together with recent chat context, to an OADC-controlled assistant endpoint to generate a reply and operate, secure, and improve the service. It is an AI system and may make mistakes. Do not send confidential, sensitive, production, personal, or client-identifying information.

Chat transcripts are not stored in browser local storage or cookies by this site. Server-side interaction records currently persist in an operational transcript log and in local diagnostic traces. Clearing the visible chat removes the conversation from the browser interface; it must not be understood as deleting server-side records.

Retention

OADC retains server-side interaction logs, including messages and related diagnostic records, to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the chatbot. These records are retained indefinitely until OADC's owner explicitly directs a change. There is no automatic deletion schedule. Clearing the visible chat clears only the browser interface and does not delete server-side history.

Service providers and infrastructure

Email is handled through Gmail/Google services. The public assistant is reached over HTTPS through Cloudflare and is operated on OADC-controlled local infrastructure. Service-provider and infrastructure statements must be reviewed whenever the data path changes.

Retention outside the assistant

Email and related business records are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above and any applicable legal or accounting requirement. A more specific arrangement may apply to an engagement.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or object to processing. Contact kontakt@amador.no with a privacy question or request.
